(CHAMBERSBURG, PA) – F&M Trust is pleased to announce the addition of Brian Carroll for the role of talent acquisition officer. Carroll is responsible for the implementing the bank’s talent recruitment, selection, and onboarding programs.
His experience includes more than twelve years in the recruitment and staffing industry, and he was most recently employed as an account manager at Axiom Staffing Group in Greencastle, PA.
Carroll is a graduate of Mount St. Mary’s University where he obtained a degree in Business and he currently serves as Wilson College’s assistant men’s basketball coach. Carroll will be based in the bank’s corporate office at 20 South Main St., Chambersburg, PA.
