F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions:
F&M Trust recently promoted Miriam DeFehr to Relationship Manager with the bank's Treasury Department.
She previously served as the Community Office Manager for the bank's Camp Hill and Mechanicsburg offices.
In her new position, DeFehr is responsible for contributing to the efforts to grow treasury management services, commercial loans and non-interest income, achieving established sales and customer service goals and demonstrating a commitment to community involvement, among other duties. She is based in the Carlisle area.
F&M Trust promoted Alicia Beecher to Assistant Community Office Manager of the bank's Carlisle Crossing office.
In her new position, Beecher is responsible for servicing the financial needs of F&M Trust customers, growing and deepening the bank's customers and community relationships and leading the team at the Carlisle Crossing Community Office.
She previously served as a Floating Financial Services Representative for F&M Trust's Cumberland County market.
Active in her community, the Mechanicsburg resident has volunteered at Community C.A.R.E.S. events, the SOM Foundation and the Cumberland County Women's Expo.
Jenny Spriggs was promoted to Community Office Manager for the bank's Community Office in Orbisonia, where she previously held the position of lead Financial Services Representative.
In her new role, Spriggs is responsible for fostering both customer and non-customer relationships, representing F&M Trust within the local community and leading team members at the Orbisonia Community Office.
F&M Trust has hired Cynthia Marconi as Assistant Vice President, Treasury Manager. Marconi, who has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry, is rejoining the bank from Strait Steel, Inc.
Prior to Strait Steel, Marconi worked as the Assistant Vice President, Community Office Manager for F&M Trust's Greencastle and Marion Offices.
She is an active member of the Greencastle-Antrim Education Foundation as treasurer and chair of the annual Daddy Daughter Dance. Marconi also serves as a deacon at the Greencastle Presbyterian Church. Additionally, she is a past president of both the Greencastle Chamber of Commerce and Greencastle Rotary Club. The Greencastle resident is based in F&M Trust's Memorial Square office in Chambersburg.
