F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions:
Kim Anderson has been hired as Human Resources Support Specialist. Anderson will coordinate work for functions relating to recruitment, onboarding, training, development, recognition, and offboarding of employees, and provide administrative support to department management. The Chambersburg resident previously was a human resources generalist for GDC IT Solutions.
Stephanie Hauri has been hired as Assistant Community Office Manager for the Boiling Springs office. Hauri will lead internal sales activities, promote exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational standards are upheld. Other duties include opening a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts, taking consumer loan applications, referring customers for other bank products and services, and promoting team sales success within the office. The Boiling Springs resident previously was a Starbucks team lead at Target and has taught financial literacy classes to daycare, preschool, and elementary school students.
Meghan Heebner has been promoted to Retail Services Regional Market Manager for the Southern Franklin, Fulton, Huntingdon, and Washington County markets.
Shelby Yinger has been promoted to Community Office Manager for the Ritner Highway and Newville community offices.
Ashley Hosfelt has been promoted to Assistant Community Office Manager for the Ritner Highway Community Office.
Logan Peters-Berrier has been promoted to Assistant Community Office Manager for the McConnellsburg and Hustontown community offices.
Megan Arnold has been promoted to Investment and Trust Services Support Specialist.
Rachel Caustic has been promoted to Financial Services Representative III for the Mont Alto Community Office.
Brooke Nace has been promoted to Loan Servicing Record Retention Specialist.
Bryce Stevenson has been promoted to Management Trainee.
Bri Tolbert has been promoted to Lead Financial Service Representative for the Orchard Park Community Office.
