F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions.
Bret Guttshall has been hired as Residential Mortgage Underwriter.
Guttshall will process, underwrite, and prepare mortgage settlement packages; approve mortgage loan applications within individual authority; assist in administering the mortgage loan origination system; and provide loan officers and customers with support and assistance relating to loan application packets.
Gutshall previously was a mortgage and home equity underwriting specialist at PSECU.
The Carlisle resident will be based at F&M Trust’s Mortgage Center in Camp Hill.
Dominic Roma has been hired as Assistant Community Office Manager for the Linglestown Community Office.
Roma will lead internal sales activities, promote exceptional customer experiences, and ensure operational standards are upheld. Other duties include opening a variety of consumer and business deposit accounts, taking consumer loan applications, referring customers for other bank products and services, and promoting team sales success within the office.
The Linglestown resident previously was a relationship banker for JP Morgan Chase.
Tenisha Fraser has been hired as Relationship Banker for the Linglestown Community Office. Fraser will be responsible for assisting customers with accounts, loan inquiries, and referral needs; opening consumer and business deposit accounts; and educating customers on bank services accessible through technology. The Harrisburg resident previously was a customer account representative for Interior Logic Group.
Brianna Boos has been promoted to Electronic Banking Customer Support Specialist.
Kathy Henson has been promoted to Loan Servicing Construction Specialist.
Jelahn Pine has been promoted to Lead Financial Services Representative for the Memorial Square Community Office.
Quinn Smitran has been promoted to Lead Financial Services Representative for the Boiling Springs Community Office.
Bri Tolbert has been promoted to Assistant Community Office Manager for the Orchard Park Community Office.
