F&M Trust is pleased to announce the following recent hires and promotions:

headshot of Laura LowryLaura Lowry has been hired as Community Office Manager for the West Washington Street Office in Hagerstown, Maryland. In her new role, she will be responsible for fulfilling sales, service, and referral needs of walk-in customers and ensuring that community office staff provide customers with a seamless banking experience. She previously was a Senior Relationship Advisor for First United Bank & Trust. The Hagerstown resident serves on the City of Hagerstown Board of Zoning Appeals and is vice-chair of Tabitha’s Table, a nonprofit food pantry in Smithsburg, Maryland. She previously chaired the Finance/Operations Committee and the Board of Directors for Horizon Goodwill Industries and was a member of the Ambassador Committee for the Hagerstown/Washington County Chamber of Commerce.

The Boiling Springs resident has volunteered at events for Wellspan Health Foundation and as a youth soccer coach.

In her new role, she will be responsible for managing and supporting the trust operations function, assisting with tax administration, and providing guidance and training to Trust Operations Specialists. She previously was Client Services Administrator at Trust Management Network. She is a Certified Securities Operations Professional. The Chambersburg resident has volunteered for Relay for Life. She is based at F&M Trust’s corporate office in Chambersburg.

Samantha Attrill has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the West Washington Street Office in Hagerstown, Maryland. In her new role, she will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. She previously was a Realtor at Long & Foster. The Williamsport, Maryland resident volunteers at her church’s soup kitchen.

Darlene Heiges has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the Carlisle Crossing Community Office. In her new role, she will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. She previously was a customer service and sales representative at V&V Appliance Parts. The Enola resident has volunteered at many events for the Zembo Shriners, including fundraisers for the children’s hospital.

Mallory Mickey has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the Mont Alto Community Office. In her new role, she will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. The Waynesboro resident previously was a Customer Associate at Middletown Valley Bank.

Sarah McVey has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the Lincoln Way East Office. In her new role, she will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. She previously was a member services representative for Americhoice Federal Credit Union. She holds bachelor’s degrees in business management and marketing, as well as a master’s degree in business administration, from Penn State University. The Fayetteville resident has volunteered with Special Olympics, Breast Cancer Awareness, Domestic Violence Coalition, and Capital Area Christian Church.

Caitlin Reichard has been hired as Marketing Communications Specialist. In her new role, she will be responsible for supporting various functions within the marketing department, including the execution of bank-wide advertising, branding, and strategic initiatives. She previously was Marketing Specialist at Forrester Farm Equipment, LTD. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree in Marketing. The Waynesboro resident is secretary of the Franklin County Fair and co-coordinator of the Royalty Court. She also coordinates the front desk for the Keystone Nationals Truck and Tractor Pull in Harrisburg. She is based at F&M Trust’s corporate office in Chambersburg.

Mandeep Singh has been hired as Credit Analyst. In his new role, he will be responsible for completing analyses and providing to Relationship Managers information regarding commercial credits that is consistent with the bank’s prescribed loan policy and ensuring that the analyses provided accurately reflect the risks associated with the credits. He previously was a tax accountant at Faragalla & Associates. The Gettysburg resident holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance. He is based at F&M Trust’s corporate office in Chambersburg.

Tiffanie Smoyer has been hired as a part-time Financial Services Representative for the Chambers Pointe and Brookview community offices. In her new role, she will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. She previously was a kennel technician at Cumberland Valley Animal Shelter. The Chambersburg resident has volunteered for The United Way, Kids Jam Too, and Reach of Washington County.

Chanel Thomas has been hired as Treasury Support Specialist. In her new role, she will perform administrative duties essential to the treasury management sales and services function, including on-site customer visits and performing installation and training on bank-provided systems. She previously was a Senior Relationship Banker for Truist Bank. The Chambersburg resident has volunteered for the Light House Project for the past five years. She is based at F&M Trust’s corporate headquarters in Chambersburg.

Tyler Williams has been hired as a Financial Services Representative for the Carlisle Crossing Community Office. In his new role, he will perform a wide array of transactions for and provide excellent service to current and new customers of the bank. He previously was a store manager at UniMart. The Mechanicsburg resident volunteered for two years as an assistant baseball coach in the Bellefonte VFW Teener League.

Danielle Baughman has been promoted to Financial Services Representative III for the Chambers Pointe and Brookview community offices.

Logan Peters-Berrier has been promoted to Lead Financial Services Representative for the McConnellsburg and Hustontown Community Offices.

Payton Wilson has been promoted to Lead Financial Services Representative for the Waynesboro Community Office.
