Contact F&M Trust

If you have already opened your F&M Trust Checking Account, you can request a debit card application by calling us at (888) 264-6116 or by visiting any of our convenient community banking locations. Once your application is completed, it will take approximately 5-7 business days to receive your debit card by mail.

To re-order checks, you have several different options.

  1. You can order on-line by clicking on the “Check Order” link in our Online Banking service and follow the easy do-it-yourself steps.
  2. Mail your re-order form found in your checkbook directly to Deluxe Checks or to us at F&M Trust.
  3. You can stop by any of our convenient community office locations and one of our employees would be happy to assist you.
