With 17 years of experience in the banking and the financial sector, Ruth specializes in Special Needs Trusts and Settlement Protection Trusts. She has been with F&M Trust since 2025, offering expert guidance and tailored solutions with a focus on trust and estate planning.

Ruth earned her Juris Doctor from The University of Akron School of Law and was admitted to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in October 2008. Her dedication to both professional excellence and community engagement is evident through her roles as past president and current member of the Kiwanis Club of Harrisburg, volunteer for Junior Achievement of South Central PA, member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, past treasurer of The Arc of Dauphin County, and former board member of the Pennsylvania National Horse Show.

Residing in Middletown, PA, with her husband Ryan, son Rece, and their dog Izak, Ruth enjoys spending her free time walking her dog, attending her son’s sporting events, volunteering in the community, and taking vacations with family and friends.
