Warren leads the bank's investment committee where he oversees the formulation and implementation of investment policy and strategy. He has over 25 years of investment management experience and is responsible for over $1.4 Billion in fiduciary assets under management. Client portfolios include high net worth individuals, trusts, corporations, and non-profit entities.

Warren has a bachelor's degree from the University of Buffalo and received his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Georgia State University with concentrations in marketing and finance. He is a featured daily contributor to News Talk Radio’s 103.7’s “Morning Money & Market Update” and was a member of Newsweek Magazine’s Expert Forum with multiple articles published in the areas of investment and finance.

He currently lives in Chambersburg PA with his wife and daughter and is an active volunteer in the community. Warren has served as treasurer and board member of The Children's Aid Society of Franklin County and the Chambersburg Arts Council.
